Job Description

  • Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, or other POSM to persuade customers to buy products.

  • Provide Brand opportunities – SOS. 

  • Products sales and sales records keeping, if required.

  • Keep areas neat while working and return items to the designated locations post demonstration.

  • Demonstrate or provide product information, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services.

  • Record and report demonstration-related information, such as the number of questions asked by the audience, or the number of coupons distributed.

  • Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.

  • Identify interested and qualified customers to provide them with additional information.

  • Practice demonstrations to ensure that they will run smoothly.

  • Learn about competitors' products or consumers' interests or concerns about the product.

  • Guid customers in alteration of products.

  • Work as part of a team of demonstrators to accommodate large crowds.

  • Stock shelves with products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the system for efficient check-in/out processes.

    Ensure product adherence that displays with the standards for optimal presentation.

    Engage actively with customers to promote client products and meet sales targets.

    Offer personalized product consulting to understand and fulfil customer needs.

    Demonstrate mobile phones features quickly to showcase relevance to customers.

    Execute Client's promotional activities to boost sales.

    Maintain inventory and uploaded necessary data and visuals to the system.

    Generate daily reports encompassing sales data and competitor insights.

    Meet sell-through and sell-out targets through strategic efforts.

    Foster and manage store relationships while collaborating with partners for effective promotion and brand management.
