ERP Manager
IPC is hiring anexperienced ERP Manager with in-depth knowledge and excellent track records in implementing and supporting Odoo. As an ERP manager, you must have extensive experience managing projects and coordinating between technical and functional consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients of OdooTec. Playing this role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Create detailed functional specifications based on business requirements
- Design customized solutions within the ERP Odoo system
- Configure Odoo modules, settings, workflows
- Train end-users on how to effectively use Odoo for their daily tasks
- Provide technical support to users
- Evaluate the need for and facilitate the integration of Odoo with other third-party systems and governmental platforms
- Stay abreast of the latest Odoo releases, updates, and new features.
Must Have
- 5+ years of functional practical experience in accounting in service industry.
- 5+ years of experience with Odoo ERP System as an implementor. Exposure to cost accounting for services companies and manpower services.
- Good academic background (Prime University Graduate)
- Experience in configuring and customizing Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, and Inventory.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Valid work permit for Belgium
